We help children, teens, and adults understand their behaviors and build the skills they choose—without changing who they are. Our team focuses on real-life, natural support at home and in the community, teaching families practical tools that make life easier and more joyful. We’re here to remove barriers, not identities, so every person can grow in their own way.

Our services are available to individuals who receive support through Indiana’s Medicaid waiver programs, including the Family Supports Waiver (FSW) and the Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver (CIH). If you or your loved one is on one of these waivers, we would be honored to support your family.

Consultation

We offer simple, supportive guidance to help families understand behaviors and learn what works best at home and in the community. We partner with you to problem-solve, strengthen existing skills, and keep things running smoothly for your child or loved one.

2

Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA)

An FBA helps everyone understand the “why” behind behaviors for children, teens, and adults. We take time to learn the person’s history, strengths, challenges, and daily routines, and we observe what’s happening in real-life situations. This gives the whole team a clear, compassionate picture of what the individual is trying to communicate and what supports will help them thrive.

Comprehensive Behavioral Supports

Comprehensive Support provides individualized, wraparound behavioral services designed to meet the whole person, not just a single concern. We begin by understanding the individual’s strengths, needs, environment, and personal goals. From there, we develop thoughtful, practical strategies that support daily life, emotional regulation, communication, relationships, and independence.

Our Behavior Consultants work collaboratively with individuals, families, caregivers, educators, medical providers, and case managers to ensure supports are consistent, realistic, and meaningful across settings. Services are flexible and responsive, evolving as the individual grows and their needs change.

Comprehensive Support is not about changing who someone is. It is about removing barriers, building skills, reducing stress, and helping individuals navigate the world with greater confidence, autonomy, and dignity.
